On the night of May 2nd, 2022, Politico broke the news about the upcoming SCOTUS decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. With this decision, state legislatures all over the country are poised to ban abortions in totality. In fact, there are thirteen "trigger states" for which this decision would immediately allow these restrictive laws to go into effect, and Tennessee is one of them.
