These highly qualified nominees will bring experience, diversity, and balance to the Fed, but only if the U.S. Senate confirms them and that’s not guaranteed.
Republican Senator Ted Cruz called the nominations “not good” and claimed Biden’s choices would destroy “millions of US jobs.” He’s not alone. With the possibility of 100% of Republicans voting against, it’s up to us to make sure we hold the entire Democratic caucus together
