Texas Organizing Project

Fund the Frontlines: TOP is Shaping the Future of Texas!

At the Texas Organizing Project, we’re not just dreaming of a better Texas, we’re building it! We believe that every person - regardless of their age, race, gender, income, or ZIP Code - deserves to:

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 lead full, dignified lives free from the fear of deportation

✊🏾 be treated fairly by our legal system and live free from police brutality

🏥 have high-quality healthcare for themselves and their families

🏠 have an affordable, safe, and stable place to call home

🌳 live free from the effects of climate change

🎒 receive a public education that respects their identity and history

🗳️ have a voice in our communities

Year-round, we are organizing door-to-door in Bexar, Dallas, and Harris counties, engaging in conversations with Black and Latino Texans, creating safe spaces for them to share their stories and pushing for policy solutions to create the future we know we deserve. From hosting community trainings that tackle the skills we need to organize, to leading direct actions that hold decision-makers accountable for the harm they are causing in our communities, we are building a #Texas4All.
