Furhan Ahmad is a lifelong New Yorker and 23-year public servant who has served as an FDNY EMT, NYPD officer, and FDNY firefighter. Raised in Queens by an immigrant family, he is running for New York State Assembly in District 66 to bring real frontline experience to Albany and fight for safer streets, affordable housing, climate resilience, and accountable government.
