Thank you for your interest in Future Now Action, which is organized and operates under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.


Future Now Action's primary purpose is to push progress toward America’s Goals with a report card on each state and through innovative cost-effective strategies with legislators, the media, partner organizations and the public.

Contribution rules

  1. Charitable donations made through this form are received and processed by ActBlue Civics, Inc., a 501(c)(4) tax-exempt organization formed to democratize charitable giving, and are subject to ActBlue’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The merchant of record for this transaction is ActBlue Civics, Inc. We subsequently give your contribution to the organization or cause that you have selected on the contribution form. BY CONTRIBUTING EACH DONOR ACKNOWLEDGES:
  • Donations to Future Now Action are not tax deductible as charitable contributions or as business expenses under IRC Section 162(3);
  • Future Now Action is organized and operates under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code;
  • in compliance with section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code, Future Now Action does not disclose the names of our donors publicly unless required by law;
  • under federal, state, and local law, including Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 206(4)-5 and other “pay-to-play” laws, donations may not be earmarked or provided for the benefit of a particular public official; donations are not being solicited – and donors may not earmark or designate their funds – for political activity or for use in a particular state. Donations will be used at Future Now Action’s sole discretion. Donations to Future Now Action will not be used to influence any campaigns or elections in Maine, Minnesota, Alaska or Arizona;
  • the donor has the legal authority to contribute the funds they are contributing;
  • the contributed funds have not been obtained through fraud or other violations of the law;
