Note: Because of my personal view that money should have *less* influence in local politics, I am self-imposing a maximum limit of $500 per individual, per election. This is below even the City of Oxnard's voter-enacted contribution limits. I believe candidates should succeed based on actual community dedication and support - not who has the deepest pockets or the wealthiest funders.
