We are now building out our youth organizing infrastructure to help flip the House this November and effectively end the Trump presidency as we know it. Our 2026 swing district youth programming includes:
- College campus organizing. Students are paid $50/shift (2-4 shifts/month) to table, register their classmates to vote, and educate them on the key issues at stake in their local House race.
- Weekly canvassing for House campaigns. Students are paid $50/shift to knock doors each week on behalf of Democratic House candidates.
- Three Organize for Democracy Cohorts. We plan to hire another 100-150 students at $75/week to learn the basics of organizing and help turn out young voters in swing House districts.
- Volunteer Fellowship Program. We currently have 40+ volunteer fellows helping to power our daily operations, and we are constantly onboarding more.
- (NEW!) Content Creator Training. We are training a specialized group of young organizers to create social media content for us and our target campaigns that will amplify our work while educating and mobilizing their peers.
If we are able to fully fund these programs, we will see record breaking youth turnout in each of our target districts this fall. But after several unexpected special elections in 2025, we are behind on our budget. With that in mind, can we count on you to chip in to support youth organizing today?
