Get Your Montana Back Victory Fund is a joint fundraising effort benefiting Montana democrats.
The committees agree that the Montana Democratic Party shall receive 99% of the contributions raised under this arrangement. The committees further agree that Busse for Montana shall receive 1% of the contributions raised, although the participants may designate contributions for particular participants.
The allocation formula may also change if a contributor makes a contribution that would exceed the amount that a contributor may give to a participant or if a participant is otherwise prohibited from receiving the contribution
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
