Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not an owner, director, officer, or named sub-contractor of any entity that is currently negotiating a contract with [select appropriate: City and County of San Francisco, name of a City department, or the San Francisco Unified School District, the San Francisco Community College District, or board of a state agency that has a member who is appointed by a City elective officer], or of any entity that received such a contract within the last twelve months.
  5. I am not a contract or expenditure lobbyist in the City of San Francisco.
  6. My aggregated contribution(s) to this committee do not exceed $500.
  7. This contribution is not from a corporation, limited liability company, or limited liability partnership.
  8. I do not have a financial interest in a land use matter valued at $5,000,000 or more that is currently pending before the Board of Appeals, Board of Supervisors, Building Inspection Commission, Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure, Historic Preservation Commission, Planning Commission, Port Commission, or Treasure Island Development Authority Board of Directors, nor have I had a financial interest in any such land use matter for which any of these boards or commissions have rendered a final decision or ruling within the last twelve months.
  9. I hereby affirm that I was not, nor, to my knowledge, was anyone else, reimbursed in any manner for this contribution; that this contribution is not being made as a loan; and that this contribution is being made from my personal funds or my personal account, which has no corporate or business affiliation.
  10. I am not making a business entity contribution, such as a corporate/LLC/LLP check or a corporate/LLC/LLP credit card.
  11. I am not making contributions, either alone or via related entities, which aggregate more than $500 to the campaign.
  12. I am not making my contribution for any vote or official action or promise to refrain from any vote or official action.
  13. I am not an owner, director, officer, or named sub‐contractor of any entity that has a contract proposal pending with the City and County of San Francisco or the City of Oakland which is subject to the approval of the San Francisco Board of Education, Oakland City Attorney’s office, or with a state agency on whose board a San Francisco Board of Education or Oakland City Attorney appointee serves, or of any entity that received such a contract within the last twelve months.
  14. I am not registered to lobby the San Francisco Board of Education and have not been registered to do so within the prior 90 days.
  15. I am not an owner, director, officer, or named sub-contractor of any entity that is currently negotiating a contract with the San Francisco Unified School District, or of any entity that received such a contract within the last twelve months.
