Contributions to Gillibrand Baldwin Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
Individuals may contribute up to $13,200 to Gillibrand Baldwin Victory Fund. Non-corporate multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $20,000. All contributions will be allocated equally between Gillibrand for Senate and Tammy Baldwin for Senate (each a “Participant”), except that contributions from corporate PACs and for-profit businesses will be allocated entirely to Tammy Baldwin for Senate. Corporate contributions are prohibited. For contributions made on or before the date of a Participant’s primary election, the first $3,300 from a person or $5,000 from a PAC allocated to that Participant will be designated for the primary election, and the next $3,300 from a person or $5,000 from a PAC allocated to that Participant will be designated for the general election. For contributions made after the date of a Participant’s primary election, the full amount of the contribution, up to $3,300 from a person and $5,000 from a PAC, allocated to that Participant will be designated for the general election. Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting cjgrover@vlpc.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
