I’m running because Guam needs a Delegate who understands the threats we face AND has the skills to make these threats our greatest opportunities.
All I learned from my days at Cable and KUAM and the Gutierrez-Bordallo Administration, all I built while in Washington DC and Iraq as a senior federal official, all I have since learned in the course of building a successful global consulting firm, and putting that together the past five years back home in Guam including teaching at UOG make me ready to take on this challenge.
We have to have new leadership in Washington NOW that can hit the ground running on Day One. We need a totally new approach to decades old problems. We need a VISION for what Guam’s people want and the ability to get it done.
Experience matters. Results count.
