GLMA is the oldest and largest association of LGBTQ+ and allied health professionals in the country. Through research, advocacy, and education, GLMA is works to support LGBTQ+ health professionals in their work and educational environments and advance health equity for all LGBTQ+ communities.
In response to the recent attempts to restrict access to gender-affirming care, GLMA is utilizing the extensive expertise of our multidisciplinary health professional membership to combat the mis- and disinformation fueling the attacks. GLMA remains steadfast in its mission to ensure that transgender individuals receive the medical care they want, need, and deserve.
