The Road Ahead
I am honored to have been elected to serve as the next Walker City Commissioner for Ward 1. As Commissioner-Elect, I am focused on the work ahead and on Walker’s future over the next 10, 20, and 30 years.
Walker is part of a growing Greater Grand Rapids region. Strong metropolitan regions depend on strong surrounding communities. The decisions we make about public safety, infrastructure, city finances, development, and growth will shape Walker for years to come.
My priorities remain safe neighborhoods, responsible budgeting, thoughtful planning, strong infrastructure, and growth that respects our neighborhoods while preparing for the future.
The Committee to Elect Gloria Lara will remain active, and contributions will support lawful committee expenses connected to my continued public service.
