I’m running for re-election because Pontiac’s working people deserve someone who’s in their corner — someone who’s not afraid to take on slumlords, fight for safer housing, and push to get resources into the hands of the families who need it most.

We’ve made real progress together:

✅ Held slumlords accountable and fought for tenants’ rights.

✅ Created a rental escrow program that’s kept over $200,000 out of the hands of landlords who refuse to fix what’s broken.

✅ Secured over $250,000 in homelessness prevention and emergency bill assistance — with $50,000 going directly to District 3 families.

✅ Brought resources straight to the people with Pullover Prevention Clinics, healthcare events, and school uniform donations.

But there’s still work to do. Too many of our neighbors are stuck in unsafe housing, struggling to pay bills, or just trying to get by. I’m running for re-election because I believe working people deserve better — and I know we can build it together.
