Right now Minneapolis is experiencing a federal government backed occupation. We are gathering on Feb 7 to resist, to form a memorial space to practice witnessing our collective power. We are gathering to mourn Renée Nicole Good and all those who have been killed by federal agents’ violence in our cities.
Our power includes grieving together, protecting each other, and remembering that we shine brighter when we act together.
Please join us for a public memorial ceremony honoring all those we have lost to ICE and federal agents. We are not defined by where we have been, but by how we show up today. To grieve together is to refuse erasure. To witness together is to protect life.
February 7
