Working for Iowa
The people of Council Bluffs have seen a lack of opportunity because Dan Dawson and the Iowa Senate Republicans have failed to fulfill their promises. I’m running for Iowa Senate to bring common sense Council Bluffs values back to Des Moines. As State Senator, I will
bring opportunity back to Council Bluffs by:
- Advocating for a stronger public education system
- Ensuring everyone has an opportunity to earn a liveable wage, and
- Protecting Iowans' freedoms to healthcare from government overreach.
Council Bluffs is where I spent 30 years serving my neighbors as a Firefighter and my wife Chris as an educator in its public school system. We have dedicated our lives to serving the city’s most vulnerable. I will continue that service in the state senate to ensure every Iowan can make their own choices and live their own lives without undue interference or restrictions in lieu of what we have been given by Republicans in Des Moines.
