GOTV chooses candidates who are well-matched for the competitive nature of their respective districts. This includes factors like the candidate's policies aligning with local interests and their ability to effectively campaign in a closely contested electoral environment. During the 2024 primary season, GOTV will support Red-to-Blue candidates identified by the DCCC as the best chance to flip seats currently held by Republicans.
