Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Gray Salas Whitesides Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The Gray Salas Whitesides Victory Fund is a joint fundraising committee composed of: Adam Gray for Congress, Rudy Salas for Congress, George Whitesides for Congress, and the California Democratic Party. Any single individual contribution or federal non- multicandidate political action committee (“PAC”) contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA: The first $9,900 will be allocated evenly among Adam Gray for Congress, Rudy Salas for Congress and George Whitesides for Congress and designated for the general election. Any remaining amount will be allocated to the federal account of the California Democratic Party, up to a maximum of $10,000. Any federal multicandidate PAC contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA. The first $15,000 will be allocated evenly among Adam Gray for Congress, Rudy Salas for Congress and George Whitesides for Congress and designated for the general election. Any remaining amount will be allocated to the federal account of the California Democratic Party, up to a maximum of $5,000.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting compliance@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
