It’s official: I’m running to represent Detroit’s 6th District on the City Council! 

 

I am a proud lifelong Detroiter, born in Mexico. As a social worker, a policy and research director and a community organizer, I fight for our communities to get access to basic human rights and social justice. With your support, I will be the progressive champion for the issues that matter most to us - clean air and water, access to affordable housing, and keeping our residents safe.
