Help Guns Down hold Bank of America accountable for funding gun makers with billboards at its corporate headquarters

Companies around the country said they'd cut ties with gun makers after the Parkland shooting. Banks said they'd stop financing makers of assault weapons.


But Bank of America spent $43 million to help Remington, the company which made the gun used in the Sandy Hook shooting, find its way out of bankruptcy. On May 18th, a shooter used a Remington gun to kill 10 people at Santa Fe High School in Texas.


That's why Guns Down is ready to hold Bank of America accountable for funding gunmakers that produce the guns used in mass shootings. In the coming days, we're launching a public billboard campaign in Bank of America's hometown of Charlotte, NC.
