Sadly, too many of us or someone we love have become the victim of gun violence in this country. I am terrified at times thinking about the world my daughters will grow up in, but I am committed to ending this epidemic. That is why I have become an active member and volunteer for Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America.

This June 2nd, I'll be joining others in wearing orange to recognize National Gun Violence Awareness Day and to honor all of the victims of gun violence. I am also raising money to support that work - work that I and thousands of others do for Moms Demand Action and Everytown for Gun Safety.
