MI List has been supporting pro-choice progressive women running for state and local offices for 20 years and we have plenty to be proud of! In 2025, women now are the majority of Democratic lawmakers in Lansing and Winnie Brinks, a MI List multiple endorsee, serves as the Senate Majority Leader - the first women to lead a majority caucus.
Great Women of the Great Lakes XI will recognize and celebrate the achievements of four outstanding women who work tirelessly to bring reproductive, social and economic justice and democartic norms to all Michiganders. We will honor Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, Attorney General Dana Nessel, Michigan Voices Executive Director Sommer Foster and Michigan League of Conservation Voters Executive Director Lisa Wozniak. Like Daisy Elliott, Millie Jeffrey, Maxine Berman and Martha Griffiths before them, these leaders have changed Michigan in ways that will benefit generations of Michiganders.
For Founders Council members and Daisy Elliott level sponsors, One Voice Michigan will host a pre-event briefing on the state of the 2026 election.
