Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Hassan Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $7,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee ("PAC") will be allocated to Maggie for NH. Of that, the first $3,500 (person) / $5,000 (PAC) will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500 (person) /$5,000 (PAC) will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 (person)/ $5,000 (PAC) will be allocated to the New Hampshire Democratic Party. The final $5,000 (person or PAC) will be allocated to Granite Values PAC. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting hassan@capcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
