Protect Abortion Rights and Access in Georgia

This year, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp signed House Bill 481 into law, which would outlaw abortion at six weeks - before most people even know they’re pregnant. The bill is not set to take effect until January 2020, and thanks to a handful of local advocates, it will be litigated well before then. So while we hope it will never take effect at all, that doesn’t change the fact that this is a direct attack on the people of Georgia and on safe, legal abortion everywhere.

This is our opportunity to take a stand for the people of this state and the women who make up half of our workforce. Together, we can help protect Georgian’s access to reproductive health care and bodily autonomy.
