Rather than celebrate me, this year I’m celebrating the people and values that made this moment possible!
After winning the race for Oklahoma House District 71 in a special election on June 10th with an unprecedented
85% of the vote, I’ve never been more determined. 💪🏼
I’ve hit the ground running since taking office on June 18th, and haven’t looked back! 👊🏼 Here are just a few things we’ve been up to:
☑️ Holding State Superintendent Ryan Walters accountable for our public schools falling to 50th in the nation, and calling for action on his alleged misconduct in a State Board of Education meeting.
☑️ Securing two interim studies: one to improve State-Tribal relations to help solve Oklahoma’s greatest challenges, and another to ensure our natural resources, power grid and utility rates are not compromised by data center expansion.
☑️ Meeting with Tribal, state, and local leaders to tackle affordable housing, elder care, health care and workforce development.
Because this birthday isn’t just about turning a year older, it’s about honoring the work we’re doing together. I’m ready to keep pushing forward, but I can’t do it without your support!
This year, I’m asking for just ONE birthday gift: help me build a stronger, more equitable Oklahoma by chipping in today. 🤩💪🏼
A sincere wado for all your support!
