The number of women candidates running for office has plunged since 2022.
This means the U.S. is very likely to have fewer women in office next year than in previous years – reversing all of the important progress we’ve made since 2018 – unless we do something to stop this trend.
That’s why Her Bold Move provides women candidates with the support they need to win their elections.
Our strategy is two-fold:
- Support candidates in underserved races working on individual races directly.
- Build infrastructure in underserved places by channeling energy on the ground in the parts of the country with little to no institutional support.
We are working to ensure our hard-fought representation doesn’t disappear. Our goal is to chip away at the male majorities in government -- especially in states with abortion bans.
