Help us open a local Democratic Party office to support brave candidates, connect volunteers, and turn their vision for a stronger Houghton County into action.

Our candidates are stepping up at a time when running for office has never been harder. They are balancing family, work, and community while campaigning across counties across the U.P., visiting remote towns, and dedicating countless hours to serve the public. Now it’s our turn to support them. By opening a local Democratic Party office, we can give volunteers a place to gather, neighbors a place to learn, and candidates the resources they need to turn their courage into real impact.

Our Goal: $11,000–$14,000

This funding will help us secure, furnish, and operate our office for the first several months.

Your contribution will directly fund:

• Rent (4–6 months): $4,800–$6,000
• Heat, lights & internet: $900–$1,200
• Desks, chairs & tables: $900
• Paint & décor: $200–$300
• Signage & landscaping: $200–$500
• Volunteer snacks & supplies: $200-$300
