Help run billboards telling ICE agents: "Break State Law. Go to Jail."

ICE agents who break state or local laws must be held accountable. So we're putting them on notice with billboards that say "ICE AGENTS: BREAK STATE LAW. GO TO JAIL."

Across the country, ICE agents have carried out raids that violate state and local statutes. They've entered homes without warrants, zip-tied children, and used weapons—including pepper balls and tear gas—against peaceful protesters, journalists, and clergy. They've broken into vehicles, destroyed private property, and detained American citizens without legal cause.

Many of these actions are not "enforcement." They are crimes.

Any local or state law enforcement officer who behaved this way could face arrest and prosecution. Justice must apply to anyone who violates the law —including ICE.

When ICE agents commit crimes, state and local police must intervene, arrest, and charge those agents to preserve public safety and civil order.

When an ICE agent is convicted under state law, that conviction cannot be pardoned by the president. That's why even the threat of state-level enforcement will deter illegal actions by ICE agents—because if prosecuted and convicted, it ensures that accountability cannot be undone by political influence.

Will you chip in and help us send a message that if ICE agents break the law, they go to jail, and the president can't pardon them?
