The Oceana County Democrats are gearing up for the crucial mid-term election season and need a headquarters space to support our election work. We have negotiated a lease on the Suburban Propane building (most recently Dogwood Development) at 920 S State St in Hart. It's a great location and space for our volunteers to work out of.
Our monthly rent will be $800/month plus $200/month for utilities. With funding for supplies, internet, phone, office furniture and insurance, we estimate we will need approximately $9,000 to cover 6 months of expenses, May 15th to November 15th.
For $1,000 you can sponsor the office for an entire month or $500 will cover half a month. But please know, any amount you can contribute is welcome.
If you are unable to contribute dollars at this time, we understand. Please consider volunteering to staff the office for a few hours once we're operational.
