Healthcare Across Borders is an unapologetic initiative to ensure everyone has access to the care they need. We speak truth to power, deploy harm reduction strategies during times of crisis, and expand access to care by any means necessary, while reducing the risks of criminalization of people providing, supporting, or seeking care.


In 2022 and 2023, HCAB worked with diverse organizations and advocates to pass shield laws in several states, helping spur dramatic expansion in access to care throughout the country.
