Héctor Figueroa Memorial Fund for Sunrise
Our hearts are heavy with the sudden loss of Héctor Figueroa, a movement giant who showed the world what it means to truly empower working people.
To honor his legacy, his wife, Diedre, and 32BJ SEIU are directing donations to Sunrise and United We Dream to uplift the causes that Héctor devoted his life to.
We are humbled to be a part of remembering him.
One of the issues he was passionate about was making the Green New Deal a reality so that every person can have a right to a good job with a living wage, clean air, clean water, and a safe home.
We invite you to honor his memory by making a donation to Sunrise, the youth movement organizing for a Green New Deal.
