I’ve spent the past 20 years leading community outreach and policy advocacy efforts for Congresswoman Anna Eshoo, State Senator Josh Becker, and Green Foothills. I expanded my expertise with a Master’s in Urban Planning from USC and a Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Colorado.
Now, I’m honored to be your candidate for Portola Valley Town Council, prioritizing safer neighborhoods, smart climate policies, and responsible budgets.
First, we must increase public safety by enhancing our fire resilience. We shouldn’t live in fear of fires destroying our homes and livelihoods. Currently, only a few Portola Valley neighborhoods meet statewide standards for fire safety. Applying my government experience, I will bolster our collaboration with Woodside Fire Protection District and CalFire to better protect our entire community.
With extreme weather on the horizon, we must do our part to address climate change. Let’s build climate-resilient infrastructure that protects us during crises, while also preserving our natural resources and ensuring a healthier planet.
We must further protect Portola Valley’s prosperity through responsible fiscal management. Our tax dollars should go towards improving public services and programs with long-term benefits. My data-driven, community-centered leadership will steer Portola Valley through our fiscal challenges.
I’m proud to call Portola Valley home. Together, we can build a stronger, safer, and more sustainable future.
