Contribution rules

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. I am not a federal contractor.
  4. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Congress Majority PAC (FEC #C00890889) is a hybrid SuperPAC. Contributions are not tax deductible, and only US citizens or legal permanent residents may contribute. Contributions support the SuperPAC's ad campaigns, and the PAC also makes limited contributions to candidates. The first $10,000 contributed per person will be split equally between the SuperPAC (IE non-contribution account) and the candidates account (contribution account). Amounts over $10,000 benefit the SuperPAC account. Contributions to Congress Majority PAC's candidates account are limited to $5,000 per eligible contributor per year. Spouses may give a joint contribution of up to $5,000 per spouse per year. Contributions to Congress Majority PAC's SuperPAC (non-contribution) account are not limited.
