Help Fady Put a Stop to Gerrymandering

Last year was full of challenges for Hoosier families, schools, and businesses. That's why during the 2021 legislative sessions at the Indiana General Assembly, I fiercely advocated for and successfully passed legislation that I co-authored, sponsored, and cosponsored to protect the physical and mental health of all Hoosiers, support economic recovery efforts for small businesses, fully fund Indiana’s public schools, and fund teacher pay increases. 

While the General Assembly may have recessed for the summer, the work for me will not stop. As one of two leading Democrats on the Senate Elections Committee, from now until the fall, I will be working to make sure our Congressional and State Legislative district maps are drawn fairly.

For this to be possible, it is extremely important that we raise $150,000 to mobilize Hoosiers across the state to engage in this once-in-a-decade process and have the necessary legal and financial resources to ensure that the maps are drawn fairly.
