Ken Mitchell is a resident of Rockingham County. He served twenty-four years in the military, including six years at the White House under both political parties. He
worked for large telecom corporations before launching his own construction company. He oversaw infrastructure
renovations at Monticello. He helped upgrade local water systems in Woodstock, Elkton, Augusta County, and Roanoke. Ken is ready to bring principled leadership, integrity, and pragmatic problem-solving to Congress.
Ken will fight for Main Street over Wall Street with public investment in rural infrastructure and fair tax policies that make sure large corporations pay their fair share. He will unite people and honor the 6th District values of mutual aid, personal liberty, fairness, innovation, and hard work.
