My name is Herbert Lynn, and I'm running for Lexington-Fayette City Councilman at Large. I am a Democratic Socialist, an HVAC dispatcher, and a local organizer. Lexington is an amazing city, but for working people, life is less affordable than ever.

Home ownership is a pipe dream;

Our bills are rising faster than our paychecks;

The people of this city deserve better. I’m angry, and I know you are too. Our City Council needs more members representing the interests of working people.

I am not a career politician, a real estate developer, or someone seeking to personally profit from a position of power. I am one of you, and I want to build a more affordable Lexington together.
