This payment form is for those using personal, federal campaign committee, fed PAC, or other federal non-candidate committee funds. If you are using a state campaign committee, state PAC, other state non-candidate committee, or company funds please submit a donation through the non-federal form.
The maximum amount this form will accept is $10,000.
