Justices on the Supreme Court are so comfortable and certain that they are untouchable, that they accept gifts and take trips with billionaires – many of whom have business before the court.
We deserve a court that isn’t for sale. We need a court that isn’t beholden to one political party or another, and we will create a Supreme Court that puts the needs of the American people first.
The Supreme Court Tenure Establishment and Retirement Modernization (TERM) Act will create 18-year term limits for Supreme Court justices and allow each President to nominate justices during his or her tenure.
