Hank is working hard in Congress to reform the Supreme Court and protect the independence of the federal judiciary. He has introduced:
- The Judiciary Act, to expand the Court;
- The SCOTUS Tenure Establishment and Retirement Modernization (TERM) Act, to term limit justices to 18 years; and
- The Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal, and Transparency (SCERT) Act, to hold bad actors accountable.
