Mitch McConnell has packed the Supreme Court with far-right judicial activists who are dismantling voting rights, undermining reproductive rights, and setting their sights on LGBTQ+ rights.


Hank is leading the fight in Congress to reform the Supreme Court by writing, introducing, and fighting to advance:

  • The Judiciary Act, which would add four associate justices to the Supreme Court.
  • The Supreme Court Tenure Establishment and Retirement Modernization (TERM) Act to limit justices to 18-year terms.
  • The Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal, and Transparency Act to create a mandatory code of ethics for justices and shine light on dark money lobbying.
