He's an educator, family auto shop owner, school board Trustee, and Democratic candidate for Congress in one of the most flippable seats in the entire country in California's Central Valley (CA-22).
Republican incumbent David Valadao broke his promise to not gut Medicaid (which ⅔ of the people in CA-22 rely on), and voters are furious. With polling even worse for Republicans than in 2018, and with the passage of Prop 50 improving the district for Democrats, Valadao has never been more vulnerable.
