Our Speaker is Peter Merideth.

He is an American attorney and politician who was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives from 2017 to 2025, representing the 80th district (South St. Louis City). Presently he is a counsel at Dearing & Hartzog, L.C.


Merideth also served as ranking minority member of the House General Laws Committee and House Budget Committee. In 2020 he introduced legislation to legalize recreational marijuana in Missouri..
