The LGBT Democrats of Virginia Holiday Luncheon and GA Forum

Help us celebrate the great victories that occurred in 2019 and prepare for the GA session and upcoming elections in 2020!

The LGBT+ Democrats of Virginia Holiday Luncheon will be a time for us to get together as a group, celebrate the victories of 2019, and plan for 2020.

We are planning a short general membership meeting, before holding a legislative forum to discuss the upcoming General Assembly session and what we can expect in 2020. We are inviting all of our great LGBT+ General Assembly members including Senator Adam Ebbin, and Delegates Dawn Adams, Danica Roem, Mark Sickles, and Mark Levine, plus other great LGBT+ friendly GA members. Each will be invited to say a few words about bills they hope to submit for the 2020 session and what they are hoping to see occur in the 2020 session. After their statements there will be a Q&A session.

We will be joining together at Sam Miller's located at 1210 East Cary Street, Richmond. The event is Saturday, December 7th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Registration begins at 12:30 pm. This is in walking distance from the SunTrust Building where the Central Committee meeting will be held at 11:00 am.

The cost of the event is $30 and that includes your lunch. Sam Miller's will be offering a great menu of crab cake sandwiches, blackened Mahi tacos, chicken caprese wraps (can be made vegetarian), shaved sirloin sandwiches, and a soup and salad meal (vegan), as well as key lime tarts and triple chocolate brownie a la mode for dessert. Soft drinks, tea, and water are included.
