I cordially invite you to participate in the upcoming event as a sponsor. I have invited community leaders and residents to one of my first South Ward Homeownership Forums.
I strongly believe homeownership is a key required component to lift our city from poverty, crime, and despair. Homeownership creates pride in our neighborhood, increases the family’s net worth, and brings in revenue to our city.
Our guest speaker is Jody Scarpinato, he recently opened the first independent mortgage branch office in the City of Trenton, NJ. This event will be held at Caesar’s Italian Restaurant at 120 Labor Street, Trenton, NJ.
In addition to supporting homeownership, I strongly believe in supporting local businesses.
Therefore, I invite you to join this homeownership effort directly affecting your customers. As a sponsor, you are welcome to bring material introducing your business to the community.
