CleanSlateNow Action

Happy 72nd Birthday, Ken Gordon!

Former Senate Majority Leader Ken Gordon would have been 72 years old on February 6, 2022. He passed away too early, suffering a heart attack at the age of 63 while still immersed in his mission of building a better political system -- the one envisioned by our country's founders -- where power rests with the people, not the oligarchs.

Ken founded CleanSlateNow.org in 2011, and it is as strong as ever 11 years later. When he was alive, Ken was a leader who worked across party lines to fight the good fights and empower individuals -- real human beings -- at a time that saw the looming corporatization of our elections and our government. Since his death, a grassroots movement has risen up to carry the torch and achieve meaningful change in the fight to restore and preserve our democracy.

Please honor Ken with a birthday contribution to CleanSlateNow Action to ensure the good work Ken started continues on as we fight to rid our politics of the corrupting influence of special interest money at home in our local communities, across our states, and throughout the country.

Thanks for your support!
