Winning North Carolina
This program is helping North Carolina Dems close strong with contributions split three ways - to US Senate candidate Roy Cooper, state Supreme Court candidate Anita Earls, and to the North Carolina Democratic Party and its kick ass leader, Anderson Clayton.
Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Paid for by the North Carolina Democratic Party. The North Carolina Democratic Party greatly appreciates the commitment of party leaders, elected officials, and others to assist in raising the funds necessary to build a strong and financially sound organization. All contributions to the Party are used to meet the Party's general operating expenses and to assist in its mission to elect Democrats at all levels of government and are expended solely at the discretion of the NCDP. No contribution, regardless of who solicited the contribution, may or will be earmarked or designated for the use of any candidate or candidate committee. Contributions or gifts to Cooper for North Carolina are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions are limited to $5,000 per PAC for the general election and $3,500 per individual for the general election
