North Carolina was a bright spot in a sea of red in 2024. We were the only state in the country to flip a statewide seat from red to blue -- and we did it twice.

 

Now, we are at an unprecedented moment. We are the only state left in the country with an uncertified statewide election -- Justice Allison Riggs' Supreme Court seat. Republicans are using the Trump playbook to deny her victory, our victory, by trying to retroactively silence over 60,000 voters. We are dedicated to mounting a strong legal defense and winning on their behalf.


We know we need to fund that battle on behalf of Democracy – but that means we have two critical buckets of money to fill: one for our legal battle, and one to maintain the staff that made our electoral success in 2024 a reality. Can you help by donating today?

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
