This November, voters have the opportunity to elect TWO history makers to the United States Senate
Rep. Angie Craig (MN) and Rep. Chris Pappas (NH) both made history as the first openly LGBTQ+ people in their states to be elected to U.S. House. If elected, Reps. Craig and Pappas would make history again and TRIPLE the LGBTQ+ representation in the Senate.
At a time when LGTBQ+ hate and attacks are at an all time high, it’s imperative that we have members of this community serving in Congress. Their voices are integral to making progress towards LGBTQ+ equality for ALL Americans.
Raised by a single mom in a mobile home park, Craig went on to become a reporter, a business leader, and a champion for Minnesota families. Before running for Congress, Craig was a local HRC volunteer. Since being elected to Congress, she has worked across the aisle to lower health care costs, expand mental health access, and strengthen rural communities.
Before Congress, Chris helped run his family’s 108-year-old Manchester restaurant, serving generations of Granite Staters. A Greek immigrant descendant and Harvard graduate, he entered politics to fix a system failing everyday people. In Congress, he's built a reputation bridging divides.
Both candidates will need your help to get across the finish line -- let's make history together!
