  • Republicans are targeting Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA), who has been a consistent supporter of choice, marriage equality and the Equality Act.
  • As New Hampshire's first out Member, Chris Pappas (D-NH) sponsored the Equality Act and helped protect marriage equality.
  • Longtime champion Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) is running against an appointed, anti-equality senator in Ohio for the seat JD Vance vacated to be Trump's VP.
  • James Talarico (D-TX) supports equality, while Ken Paxton spent years fighting same-sex marriage and targeting LGBTQ+ Texans through legal actions.

Openly LGBTQ+ U.S. House Candidates

  • JoAnna Mendoza (D-AZ) is poised to unseat an anti-equality Member of Congress. Mendoza is openly LGBTQ+, Latina, and an accomplished veteran.
  • Out candidate Marni von Wilpert (D-CA) will flip this seat held by anti-equality Rep. Darrell Issa (R) and she supports full equality for all Americans.
  • Rep. Sarah McBride (D-DE) made history as the first openly transgender person to serve in Congress and is a strong advocate for equality for all.
  • Openly LGBTQ+ veteran Cait Conley (D-NY) is well positioned to defeat a MAGA-backed Republican Congressman in the Hudson Valley.
  • State Sen. Scott Wiener (D-CA) is running for an open seat in San Francisco and will be the first out Representative from Northern California.

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. I am not a federal contractor.
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  5. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  6. I am not a registered Federal lobbyist.
  7. I am not a registered foreign agent.

The first $3,500 from an individual and the first $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the primary election, the next $3,500 from an individual and $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the general election, the next $3,500 from an individual and $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the general runoff election.
