Since its creation in 2019, Public Wise has distributed $8 million+ through 90 grants to local, state, and national partners on the front lines of increasing voter participation and equitable representation in priority states through research, capacity building, and organizing.
Public Wise empowers organizations, communities and movements to secure a government that reflects the will, protects the rights, and is representative of the American people. We accomplish this by generating research that is rigorous and actionable, by building the capacity of our partners to increase sustainability and resilience, by developing campaigns and lobbying that create accountability and improve policies, and by funding organizations to support an equitable, coordinated, and powerful movement.
